Jordon Crawford is our import from the United States of America. Jordon is a 5ft 6in (168cm) guard who came to us as a proficient scorer having won the scoring champion in the Basketbol Süper Ligi in Turkey the year prior averaging 19.6 points per game and lead his team with 5.6 assists per game.
Jordon joined the JackJumpers with 9 years of experience as a professional basketballer playing across the USA G-League, Germany, Turkey, and France. Jordon was an instant favourite among the JackJumpers supporters with his fun to watch explosive style of play and his signature dance moves he pulled out at home games after a win. Jordon was also a favourite at our community clinics where he was able to connect with kids as he has done through his whole career being a mentor in several areas.

Jordon’s most notable games through the season were his performance in game 5 against South-East Melbourne Jordon scored 5 points in the opening quarter of this game before exploding for 12 points in the second quarter leading us to be equal at the half time break. He continued his scoring efforts in the second half where he added an extra 10 points. During this game he also has 6 assists, 3 rebounds, and a steal.
The Next game against Sydney Jordon continued his scoring efforts totalling 32 points. This was the game where Jordon showed his scoring prowess. Starting out with 7 points in the first, 5 points in the third quarter and then a huge 20-point effort in the final quarter which saw him hit 4 of his first 5 attempted 3 pointers to start the quarter and scoring all the teams 14 points in a stunning 14-2 run. Jordon also finished the game with 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Jordon also had a notable game against the New Zealand Breakers where Jordon and Parker Jackson-Cartwright went head-to-head in a scoring battle. The team was without Milton Doyle and needed Jordon to stand up and standing up he did. Jordon scored 16 points in the first quarter compared to Parker’s 13. Jordon added 4 more in the second then another 7 in the third and Crawford added the icing on the cake with an off-balance three-pointer in the dying moments of the match, with the American eyeing off the Breakers bench straight after to show them who was boss, bringing his total to 30 for the night. Jordon During the Finals
Jordon played a monumental role during our finals run with the most notable being his game 5 performance which saw him score 27 points in the first half leading everyone on the floor. The finals saw Jordon as our third highest scorer averaging 13.78 points per game along with 2 assists and 2.56 rebounds.
Jordon’s finals run started strong with him scoring 20 points in our seeding qualifier game against Illawarra. In a game where Jack McVeigh and Will Magnay were the highlights Jordon was able to match their scoring output and provide
His first game in the Perth series saw Jordon continue his scoring efforts with another 19 points added.
As the series continued Perth’s defensive strategy changed and they denied Jordon the ball he was able to contribute through an increase in assists and rebounds while also opening options for other team members to score the ball.
The Final Series against Melbourne United saw Jordon being a consistent contributor to the scoring efforts averaging 16 points through the series. Which was capped off by his game 5 heroics where he scored 27 points at half time on 85% shooting. Finishing with 32 points for a player of the game performance. Jordon was able to drive by the Melbourne defender twice early scoring a layup once and then hitting a floater the second time. He then was able to lose the defender on a step back and hit the three pointer on the heavy close out giving himself the chance for a four point play. He finished off the quarter by hitting 3 more 3 pointers and a pair of free throws bringing his quarter time scoring to 19.
