- Basketball Tasmania State Head Coach (2016-2020).
- Head Coach of the Australian World University Games Team (2017).
- Head Coach of the North West Thunder (2001-2008).

Tasmania JackJumpers COO Darren Smith praised Radford’s impact:
"We are happy to have Mark extend his agreement with the club for another two years. His passion for grassroots basketball in Tasmania and his NBL experience, especially during our 23/24 championship season, make him an integral part of our team."
Mark’s renewed commitment to the JackJumpers is a testament to the strong bond he shares with the team and the Tasmanian community. His leadership continues to be a driving force behind the club’s growth, and he remains an integral part of the JackJumpers’ coaching staff as they work towards a successful season, and ultimately, winning another championship.
