Tassie to Paint the State Green for Finals

A green glow will emerge across Tasmania over the coming weeks with businesses, homes and schools encouraged to Paint the State Green in support of the JackJumpers NBL23 Finals campaign.

The JackJumpers are proud to launch the second year of Paint the State Green, presented by MyState Bank with participating businesses and homes in with a chance to win sought-after JackJumpers prizes.

Small businesses can sign up for a free supporter pack which includes balloons, streamers and a JackJumpers poster to decorate their shop fronts and office spaces, thanks to MyState Bank.

Tasmanians can also participate by decorating their homes, front lawns, windows or residents, including those of the animal variety, in Green!

“We had over 200 businesses register to participate in last season’s Paint the State Green, by MyState Bank, and we think the support will be even bigger and better this year after we again qualified for finals this season” CEO Simon Brookhouse said.

“The support has already been incredible. We’re so proud to have all of Tasmania supporting us and I know the team really feel that. We can’t wait to see the creativity and effort of our fans that will again Paint the State Green, with the help of MyState” CEO Simon Brookhouse said.

One lucky small business will win a Corporate Box experience for 8 people, including food and beverages and some of the best seats in the house, at a JackJumpers home game at MyState Bank Arena in NBL 23/24 season.

The best home submission will win a JackJumpers Gold Family Membership to the 2023/24 NBL Season, as judged by an esteemed panel of JackJumpers judges.

The JackJumpers will play Cairns Taipans at the Cairns Convention Centre in the 3rd VS 4th Seeding Qualifier on Thursday 9th February at 8.30pm.

In the event the JackJumpers win the Seeding Qualifier, they will progress to the Semi-Final Series against New Zealand Breakers on dates and times to be confirmed.

In the event the JackJumpers lose the Seeding Qualifier, they will play the winner of the Play-In Qualifier between Perth Wildcats and South East Melbourne, at MyState Bank Arena, at a date and time to be confirmed.
